Terms of Use

Last updated 28 August 2026

The short version. This site is here to explain what Dvl'epr is. Read it, quote it, and use the code samples in your own work. Don't pass the content off as your own, and don't rely on the figures here as a promise — the real commitments live in a signed agreement, not on a marketing page.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Workplace Software Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 06494372. Our registered office is on the Companies House register. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Workplace Software Solutions Limited; "you" means anyone using this site. Contact us at hello@dvlepr.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By using dvlepr.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. We recommend keeping a copy for your records.

3. What this site is

This site describes the Dvl'epr platform and publishes technical articles about it. It is provided for information only. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a contractual commitment, or professional advice on which you should act without taking your own view.

4. Early access is not a contract

Requesting early access starts a conversation. It does not create an agreement, does not guarantee access, and does not oblige either of us to anything. We may decline any request, and we may change or withdraw the early-access programme at any time. If we do go on to provide the platform to you, that will be covered by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with this page, that agreement wins.

5. Figures and claims on this site

Performance and delivery figures on this site — including comparative build times, cost comparisons and token counts — are our own estimates, drawn from our experience of building on the platform. They are illustrative, not benchmarks, and not a warranty. Any given project will differ. Where the site labels a comparison as illustrative, please read it that way.

Customer quotations describe the experience of those customers and are not a promise of the same outcome for anyone else.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, articles, design, graphics and layout — belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright. The Dvl'epr and Bizheart names and logos are our trade marks.

You may read the site, print or download extracts for your own reference, and quote from it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale, sell it, present it as your own, or use it to train a model that reproduces it as if it were original.

Code samples

The XML, SQL and JavaScript examples in our articles are there to be used. You may copy, adapt and use them in your own projects, commercial ones included, with no attribution required. They are provided as teaching examples and come with no warranty of any kind — test anything before you rely on it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully or in a way that harms it or anyone using it. In particular, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its server; introduce malicious code; place an unreasonable load on the infrastructure, whether by automated scraping or otherwise; or interfere with anyone else's use of the site.

Ordinary search-engine and assistant crawlers are welcome, subject to our robots.txt.

8. Our liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, and we do not warrant that its content is complete or current. Access may be suspended, withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or anything on it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, such as bizheart.co.uk or an external reference, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

You may link to our home page fairly and lawfully, in a way that does not damage our reputation or suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist. Do not frame this site on another site.

10. Third-party names

Product names mentioned on this site — including React, Vue, Bootstrap, Tailwind, jQuery, WordPress, Claude, GPT, Gemini, Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, v0 and Vercel — belong to their respective owners. We refer to them only to compare or describe, and any use of those names implies no affiliation with or endorsement by their owners.

11. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how this site handles personal data, cookies and analytics, and forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, so please check the date at the top.

13. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
